Feature :
1. High thermal efficiency
Using refractory insulation bricks, ceramic fibers, and other insulation materials, combined with a closed heating chamber. The thermal efficiency able to reach more than 90%, improved the energy utilization efficiency and energy saving, which is economical. The dissolution efficiency is 15-25% higher than general dissolution furnaces, achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
2. Less impurities
Digital display microcomputer programmable temperature control is adopted to control the temperature of melt and reduce the production of impurities accurately and stably. During the dissolution process, the alumina produced is about 2% less, which is about 5-6% less than the fuel-type dissolution furnace. At the same time, it also saves 3-4% aluminum material.
3. Energy saving
In the case of non-24-hour production, such as intermittent shutdown or not working at night, ensure that the melt is kept warm and does not solidify within 8 hours. Avoiding the risk of graphite crucible rupture due to solid-state heating, and avoiding the taking out the melt before shutting down and leaving work. In the lower temperature heat preservation method, the insulation cost is relatively low, the power consumption is low, and the crucible has a long service life. It is currently the most energy-saving and emission-reducing equipment.
