Feature :

1. No overheating during shutdown and heat preservation

During temporary shutdown, the lightweight thermal insulation structures such as ceramic fibers are used to keep the temperature within the control range. Preventing the temperature in the furnace continued rising and overheating after shutdown, which will cause the workpiece in the furnace to be overheated and reimbursed.

2. Fast heating speed

The heating source is designed with special heaters, which is perfectly designed according to the endothermic curve of the treated object to improve the efficiency of the heat treatment furnace. So that the temperature in the furnace able to quickly heated from room temperature to the target temperature, shorten the preheating time, improve productivity, and achieve effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.

3. Good heat efficiency

Using PID automatic calculation, cooperate with SCR voltage regulator for programmable temperature control and stable output heating. Using circulating fans to maintain hot air convection in the furnace, so that the average temperature difference able to reach ±5°C.

4. Complete after-sales support

Provide customers with complete after-sales services, including shipment, installation, trial operation on site, operator education and training support. Additionally, provided operating and maintenance manual with electric control circuit diagram.
