Feature :

1. No overheating during shutdown and heat preservation

Due to the high heat content and large heat absorption characteristics. The traditional insulating bricks will cause overheating in the furnace when production is interrupted or suspended. Jo Kang’s forging furnace uses lightweight insulation structures such as ceramic fiber cotton. When the furnace temporarily shutting down, the temperature able to kept within the control range and prevent the temperature rising after the shutdown than overheating. Eventually resulting in overheating of the workpiece in the furnace and causing aluminum alloy crystallization becomes larger, resulting in poor quality.

2. Fast heating speed

The heating source is designed with special heater, which can quickly heat the temperature in the furnace from room temperature to the target temperature. Cooperate with ceramic fiber for heat preservation, which is 35-50% less energy consumption than traditional insulating bricks. Able to shortens the preheating time and improves productivity, achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.

3. Good heat efficiency

Use PID automatic calculation, cooperate with SCR voltage regulator for programmable temperature control and stable output heating. Using circulating fans to maintain hot air convection in the furnace, so that the average temperature difference able to reach ±5°C.
