The furnace uses advanced refractory materials to optimize the heat preservation effect. Combined with the forced convection of the circulating fan to make the internal average temperature reach ±3℃～±5℃. Providing customers, the highest certification standards.

3. Fast quenching speed

The workpiece basket can be quickly thrown into the water tank. Reduce the exposure time of alloy workpieces in the air. To achieve mechanical optimization, and the fastest quenching speed can reach 5 seconds.

Equipment Specifications :

• The furnace is divided to the high-temperature heating room and the constant temperature room. The exterior of the two areas are composed by steel plate, I beam, angle steel and channel steel.
• The insulation layer in the furnace is made by heat-resistant insulation materials such as insulating rockwool and bulk ceramic fiber.
• Using Japanese-made programmable thermostat, with PID automatic calculation function, and cooperate with SCR voltage regulator for precise temperature control.
• When the temperature is abnormal, the independent temperature controller will automatically shut down. Then changed to ON/OFF control for over-temperature protection. Until the processing is completed and a fault signal is issued.
• Japanese-made electronic/paper-type six-point temperature recorder is used to record the changes in the heat treatment process, which can be used for remote monitoring with communication. Assist to refer and improve the treatment conditions. At the same time, monitor the temperature changes in the treatment process.
