Installation Services

Jo Kang provides a complete equipment installation service, including installation matters from shipping the equipment to adjusting the operation of the equipment. We also offer to monitor the progress of the installation, allowing you to confirm that your equipment has been assembled correctly.

Expedited Repair Services

Jo Kang offers a wide range of repair services on sold furnaces. No matter how old the furnace is, we will satisfy customer’s requirements. Our emergency repair services are available for most heat treatment furnaces.

Relocation Rebuild

Jo Kang provide services for the entire project from relocation to installation of equipment, adjustment testing, start-up and feeding.

Start-up Training

After Jo Kang's technicians inspect the rest of the installation, the operators and maintenance personnel of equipment will have operation training. Start-up and training services for heat treatment equipment are usually included in the service after delivery.

Uniformity Services

Jo Kang provide on-site uniformity adjustment for your heat treatment furnace. Adjusting furnace for proper air circulation and heat distribution. It able to provide rigorous temperature control and improve the product quality.

On-site testing:
· Ensure the temperature uniformity in the furnace and adjust it to the tolerance range.
·Provides calibrated and certified instruments to ensure valid test results.
·Provides standard 6-points type test and other special tests.
