During temporary shutdown, the lightweight thermal insulation structures such as ceramic fibers and refractory insulation bricks are used to keep the temperature within the control range. Preventing the temperature in the furnace continued rising and overheating after shutdown, which will cause the workpiece in the furnace to be overheated and reimbursed

2. Fast heating speed

The heating source is designed with special heaters, which can quickly heat the temperature in the furnace from room temperature to the target temperature, shorten the preheating time, and improve productivity, achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.

3. Good heat efficiency

Using PID automatic calculation, cooperate with SCR voltage regulator for programmable temperature control and stable output heating.

4. Complete after-sales support

Provide customers with complete after-sales services, including shipment, installation, trial operation on site, operator education and training support. Additionally, provided operating and maintenance manual with electric control circuit diagram
