Compared with traditional heat conduction, which needs to conduct heat energy from the outside to the inside. The infrared able to simultaneously heating the inside and outside of the workpiece, to shorten the heating time. The heating efficiency is better than traditional heating.
3. High energy efficiency
Infrared rays are directly transmitted to the surface of the workpiece, then absorbed and converted into heat energy. Compared with the traditional heating method through the heating air or the surrounding of workpiece, it able to reduce the ineffective of energy loss and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
4. Stable temperature control
Using special temperature control method to stabilize temperature, and the characteristics of infrared rays are effectively used to improve production efficiency.
