Feature :

1. Rapid sand removal

The furnace has a special sand discharge device in the furnace, which able to strip the sand in the aluminum casting and then discharge it from the furnace.

2. Average heating

The hot air is forced to circulate in the furnace through the fan. Evenly disperses the heat flow in the entire furnace space through the deflector, so that the workpiece can be evenly heated.

3. Fast heating speed

The heating source is designed with special heaters, which can quickly heat the temperature to the furnace from room temperature to the target temperature, shorten the preheating time, and improve productivity, achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.

4. Complete after-sales support

Provide customers with complete after-sales services, including shipment, installation, trial operation on site, operator education and training support. Additionally, provided operating and maintenance manual with electric control circuit diagram

Equipment Specifications :

  • The outside of the furnace is made of steel plate and angle steel, combined with channel steel. The interior of the furnace is made of stainless-steel plates, angle steel and steel rails.
  • The insulation layer in the furnace is made by heat-resistant insulation materials such as insulating rockwool and bulk ceramic fiber.
  • Equipped with a hot air circulation device, using special fan group with a vertical motor to quickly achieve uniform temperature in the furnace.
  • Using Japanese-made programmable thermostat, with PID automatic calculation function, and cooperate with SCR voltage regulator for precise temperature control.
  • When the temperature is abnormal, the independent temperature controller will automatically shut down. Then changed to ON/OFF control for over-temperature protection. Until the processing is completed and a fault signal is issued.
  • Japanese-made electronic/paper-type six-point temperature recorder is used to record the changes in the heat treatment process, which can be used for remote monitoring with communication. Assist to refer and improve the treatment conditions. At the same time, monitor the temperature changes in the treatment process.
